The games I frequented in Boston (mostly Greg's game and related games to it) all don't run anymore. I just heard, though, that Boston poker players are getting together at meetup.com.
There's also the MIT list. If you are willing to go to Cambridge (Kendall or Central Square), and you don't mind being around college kids, that might be an option for you as well.
