Yeah, all of Vegas seems to be a monument to the pointlessness of human
(er, maybe USAmerican) ingenuity to just outright ignore what the climate
is telling you: lots of humans don't belong living here, let alone the
largest water and electricity consumption in the country.
I should admit, though, that I will go back to Vegas in the
summer again, but only if I win a main event seat. It certainly isn't
worth it for the fast-blind smaller tournies like the one I played. I can play that sort of thing online any day of the week, without the heat. :)
