I know Dan and I know this game and these players and Dan can't fold AK to these guys. There are maybe one or two players who could have three-bet pre-flop for me to even consider foldiing AK.
I also disagree that calling three-bets is bad. I think there's a time and a place for it (admittedly its rare), but I don't know enough about the lineup to say. But, this: "cap and check-fold if no ace or king flops" is way too simplistic.
