Ah, I realized while out buying snacks for the game what I should do. I'll just make a comment thread on the LJ post that contains it with details about the changes. That'll automatically store the date and stuff. It's not the cleanest way, but barring creating of a Wiki, it's the most straight-forward given how I have the document now.
