I like declare games because they have certain interesting poker strategies that can only come into play when you make amazing reads on people's hands, but I understand that they aren't that interesting to most people. I think you meant less than 80, not greater than 80, on the 2-7 NL draw. Do you have other suggestions for PL/NL games that could be played instead?
You are right that the PL/NL mixed with limit is central to the game. My goal is to get the limit players I know interested in PL/NL and the PL/NL players interested in limit. It's part of my big master plan to cross-pollinate the poker world of NYC.
