I'm a huge fan of Hilger's "Internet Texas Hold'Em" book. I think his writing style is much clearer than a lot of the other authors out there (though they may well be better players). I particularly like the quick reference table summarizing what to do with your cards preflop based on position & if it's been raised; I'm not married to it anymore (since I factor in pokertracker info now), but with no information on your opponents I think it's great.
