I originally left the name of the site out of the post because if they
didn't resolve it to my satisfaction, I didn't want to be seen
as making a public whine at them directly. Since they did all
the right things here, I have no problem saying it was Ultimate
Bet.
As for disconnects there, I have never had any trouble at all. I
stayed connected, for example, constantly for 12 hours this
Saturday during a marathon session. I bet you are actually
talking about Pacific which
attracts the loosest of fish on the Internet but seems to have
the worst software of any site.
