I am pretty certain about the $20 and $40 numbers, but now I think I understand the $120 vs. $180 discrepancy. You must have raised *by* $120, I thought you raised *to* $120 (I actually mis-realized this during the hand). If there was already $60 = ($20+$40) in the pot, a raise by $120 would be to $180.
Either way, I went all in, so the exact numbers didn't matter because you were pot committed and I was pretty certain I was winning (such a big raise suggests a semibluff - you would have raised less if you thought you were winning, even with the flush draws out there).
